Grand Canyon

Postby Fly2e » Fri Mar 14, 2008 6:06 pm

I was there over 10 years ago and came across these shots.
Nothing much but was surprised I had the last shot!
I do not even know where or why it was there!
::)

Nice Dave........looking at the vastness of these shots makes it easier to understand why Fossett hasn't been found yet......large wide open spaces and such a small plane that he was flying.....I only wish you had something in there for relative size..........and the Connie......real nice.......... :o

A balloon ride is definitely a great idea for a good look at that... very cool.

Nice shots Dave, I will have to ferret mine out too.

I have many shots but they are not digital and I would have to scan them. The only reason I have these is because I used to have a scanner and I must have been using the canyon photos to test the scanner.

Would love to go back there and shoot them again with my Nikon digi!  ;)

Yes, the balloon ride was amazing. We took off at sunrise. Absoloute stillness and quiet as we floated over this surreal place!

Simply amazing... it looks great on photo, but I convinced the real life view must be overwhelming...

Nice Connie...  ;)
