odd looking B206 and a bird

Postby pepper_airborne » Thu Mar 20, 2008 8:18 am

This B206 was circling my town today, and has been spotted in other towns and cities to. Apparantly its doing some sort of measurement thingy. It disappeared when it started raining and the wind was increasing(In the shots it is also flying slow - 60-80 KIAS). It was also crabbing, quite interesting to see this vehicle at work.

And 2 birds were resting in a bush for the coming rain, i was pretty close, and they couldnt really care about me.

Nice work on the blackbird... focussing in between all those branches can't have been easy.

That was what i thought too, but autofocus really handled it nicely, maby it also helped that it had spot focus(little bracket dot) and not on macro mode. The biggest problem was getting most of the bird nicely in view.
