Trip to SoCal...part 4 (Yanks Air Museum at KCNO)

This was the first museum I visited, and brace yourselves, some nice aircraft here and there are a fair few photographs!

E-2C Hawkeye

F-86 Sabre, I think...

That's one angry bird!!!

P-40 I believe, lovely aircraft.  Since I was a lot younger I have liked these

And finally...for part 4 at least, a P-51 Mustang!

There will be a part 5, once I find more time to resize all the shots, there are way too many!  From the air museums alone, I must have taken about 250 photos.  There are about 30 or 40 worth posting, but those will be saved for another time!  It's just the usual stuff, Spitfires, a Hurricane, a Lightning and various other USN/USAF jets and so on.
Cheers, hope you have enjoyed the photos so far,
Mark

Cheers mate, I do like those American aircraft, don't see too many of them back here in the UK!

At rottydaddy, I also visited Planes of Fame, I did like that one a lot.  I actually got the idea to visit the museums when I saw your picture post on here when you visited the area, I knew I was going to Chino but I had no idea those were there, so thanks mate!
PoF pictures will be posted when I have time, maybe later.

Nah I didn't mate, my girl lives 5 or 10 minutes away from KCNO, so we went back to her place and had some homecooked Filippino food (Filippino family) which was GORGEOUS!

Ozzy, Spitfires are in Planes of Fame, will get those uploaded at some point.
When I said about the lack of American birds in the UK (the metal kind), I discounted Duxford!
