Fantastic...I didn't know LA had slums...Surprising

Going through East LA and then looking out towards the Downtown area really opens up your eyes.  You know, seeing the poor areas in the foreground and the multi-billionaire monopolies of the Inner City, really is a stark contrast.
Most cities have their really poor areas with terrible housing and such.
