Storm Waves

Postby mrjake2002 » Sat Jan 05, 2008 10:19 am

According to the reports we were due a big swell this weekend so, this morning, I took a walk down to the beach to see if it would be true... I wasn't disappointed! Not particularly spectacular by Porthleven's standards but pretty impressive anyway!  :)

It soon started raining so I packed up my camera and started to leave. Just after I put my camera away, I saw this monster begin to form towards the very back of the set so I quickly got my camera out. Unfortunatly this was the best I could get in the rush but gives a good idea of the size.

That's all, hope you like!  :)

Very nice, I particularly like number 3.

1. Captain, if the problem is not entered into the technical logbook.........then the aircraft does not have a problem.
2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.
