I'd be proud too, sheesh, no way in heck I could balance like that, let alone move around to music, just looks painful!

yeah, i play guitar myself, so i got a feeling for rythm, but dancing is waaaay out of my league, i tryed it once with a bunch of friends that do dance.. Well, they had a great laugh, to put it that way. It is incredibly hard to keep moving with the right speed and right distance. The way your daughter is dancing must be even harder!!

Thank you!!  I take the pictures without flash so with her moving and doing what I can do with the settings about 5 out of 50 turn out.  I need a DSLR!!!!  I'm trying to convince my Wife that I can get better shots with a DSLR and a nice 75 - 400mm lense!! ;D   It's not working to good at the moment!!!!

Cory

FYI a more expensive camera won't help too much. At best it will only get you 7 out of 50 shots. Unless you spend the extra money on a camera with higher quality, higher speed ISO's and a lens with a 2.8 F-stop the results will still be the same   ;D Principals of photography adhere to any camera no matter how expensive.  I wont tell your wife though as DSLR's are great and you should get one  ;)

Outstanding photos!  [smiley=thumbsup.gif] I feel your pain about not having a DSLR.  I hate not being able to manually focus.
