Blues on the Bay, Pt 1

Postby BigTruck » Mon Oct 15, 2007 8:01 pm

Well, they came, they made a bunch of noise, wowed us with their precision, drank beer with us at the Enlisted Club, shattered our ear drums with sub sonic sneak passes, and left us all wanting to be fighter pilots.

Please be gentle with the criticism, the weather was wierd, the lighting was bad, my camera is cheap, and by no means at all am i a photographer lol  The Kaneohe Bay Air Show isn't nearly as big as the Miramar show, but I gotta say the Angels made up for it ten fold.  Here goes!

Marching to their aircraft, everything they do is precision

"Smoke on, Throttles full, Afterburners Lit, Cleared for Take Off!!!"   "Roger Boss, ready to rock K-Bay!!"

Rumbling down the strip to Motley Crue's "Kickstart my Heart"

Haha Small world, yeah it's pyramid rock, and my wife and I used to live in Kailua as well before we moved into Kaneohe, I miss living in Kailua though, much closer to base and the beach is beautiful.  I saw the blues at Miramar a few years ago, that's where I got hooked, Miramar does such a better show than KBay, a lot more demos going on...
