I only saw the shot I posted but, after seeing the second shot it does look like a Dolphin!!
The first shot it's harder to see the tail.  It's still a cool shot!!

If you look closely, you can see the dolphin outline, namely the fin, and you can just make out the nose. Still a great picture though. We get a lot of dolphin pods surfing the waves along the West Australian Coast

That's scary...Even the silhouette of a dolphin looks rather dangerous...Even though I know it's not...But still...
