Crane! Crane!

Postby Harold » Fri Aug 17, 2007 5:45 am

Construction workers are building a small bridge in front of the mall across the street.
When Arthur saw the mobile crane this morning he shouted 'Crane! Crane!'

Well, as any parent knows ... then there's really only one thing we could do ;D

That red thing in the background is part of one of Europe's biggest skateparks 'The Canyon'.
Yup, that's right ... in my backyard. But I could stand on a skateboard if my life depended on it ;D

I just couldn't resist posting these ... Arthur just had his 2nd. birthday on July 24.

When my lad claps eyes on a digger, he yells what sounds like "bugger, bugger". When in the UK or with English friends I have to point out that he is saying "digger" in German, although it is spelt "bagger", it is pronounced just as he says it.

Priceless moments of parenting.

2. And, if you have time to write the fault on a napkin and attach to it to the yoke.........you have time to write it in the tech log....see point 1.

You should get a high-quality print made of that first one and frame it... I've never met Arthur, but I feel like I know him just from that excellent portrait! ;D
But it could have something to do with the fact that I was pretty much the same way about "big toys" when I was little... still am, in fact. ;D

Is it me, or in that last pic, does Arthur have that "I'm about to "borrow" this" look on his face?  ;D
