Camera help

OK my dad finally let me use his old camera. :D. The camera is the Canon FTb. It is almost brand new with almost no scratches. :o

It has the normal 50mm lens. I fitted it with a zoom lens FL 55-135mm 1:3.5


I want some tips to take shots. Any kind of tip will be fine. Comments are also welcomed.
