Hey folks, went along to the airshow at Abbotsford with my relatively new camera. Here are a couple of shots.

Last airshow I went to...I was looking at some statics and an F-15 was coming in for a surprise display...I saw it ripping towards the runway and it was so low and so close and it was INSANELY LOUD!  My ear HURT when I heard it.

Is that Gene Soucy in the showcat I see?

It is indeed. I was gutted that the camera missed Teresa climbing around on the wings, that has to be one of the most strange things i've seen in a while.

It was a great day, the f16 was another ear-killer. The static and flying f117's again amazed me simply by being able to take off, they really look like something that belongs fixed to the ground.

Here's another, this one is the Red Eagle Air Sports guys, a little close.
