Belgium Spottings

Postby Anark » Mon Aug 06, 2007 7:57 am

Some spottings from my trip to Belgium.
These were all taken between the 1st of August and yesterday.
The first two were chasing each other over the port of Dover while we were waiting for the ferry.

The next 6 were over the karting track at Genk.

The last two were on the way back.

You lucky sod! I still need to spot my first A-10 or Tornado here in Belgium... and I've lived here for 30 years! You hop over the pond once, and bingo!  >:(  ;D  ;D

The A-10s weren't in Belgium.
The Trnado was just lucky though.
THe F-16s and Tornados flew over loads yet I never had the camera ready so I only got these few shots.

nice mate.
The A-10s were about the UK for some training and RIAT, we missed seeing them by a couple of days in the mach loop. Headed off for their new base last week.

Well the real reason they were here is because of runway resurfacing at Spangdahlem, but Waddington and RIAT conveniently coincided with their visit.
