Sadly days like today make me wonder why I bother and I am even at a point where for the time being I dont want to touch a camera. Hope you liked them at least.

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

I know the feeling only too well Craig. We all have days like that. Some of these are not bad at all considering the hazy conditions. I've never been to Cosford but imagine the display line is some distance away. Don't let this discourage you. ;)

I saw the Blue Eagles at Biggin the previous week. The display was handicapped by one of the Gazelles going U/S at the last minute. I spoke to one of the ground crew who told me that because of health & safety regulations they are still not allowed to use smoke during the display. This seems ridiculous as they use the same smoke canisters that the parachutists at the same display have attached to their boots. A Blue Eagles display is just not the same without the smoke. IMHO

It's not a fake. It's a Me 109J. http://www.xs4all.nl/~tozu/me109/foreign/109-spain.htm

The fake 109 is not worth the comment, since it's fake and shamelessly posing as a real 109.
