This Years Holiday (TSC Will Know The Dep Airport)

Postby K » Wed May 16, 2007 3:00 pm

Recent holiday pictures off the departure airport (Exeter EGTE) leaving for Lanzarote.

TSC is familiar, you might recognize some features of my signature, have you flown into Dunkeswell recently, I work there on weekends now

Don'yt know if you remember me TSC but I designed the Dunkeswell Scenery a while bak for FS9.

[This Is For TSC] I had another flying lesson the other week and I done a touch and go at Exeter, I came in a bit high and had to use full flap (Cessna 152 from Devon Somerset Flight Training http://www.dsft.co.uk) ended up facing the ground at 40* from horizontal[/This Is For TSC]

Again Kurt, that'll be a no - still a bit young (14) plus I'd never manage to afford it LOL ;D

One day though, maybe :D

You have a PPL Kurt?

Great shots Kurt! Always nice to see EGTE, really cool to see Zulu Tango aswell (G-BAZT), that was the last 172 I went up in, but sadly, it was far too long ago now

Nice set  of pics, despite the scratchy windows.

Good luck with your flight training... I see you have discovered the "hidden talent" of the C152... world's slowest dive-bomber... :D

I know, about the windows, they were poor, the airline was rubish!!!  >:( We were supposed to fly with First Choice but that never happened!

And for you, cspyro21, I am training for my PPL (I'm 15 since Feb this year), you would be suprised cspyro21, you are not too young, I started having lesson at 14 and my first flight experience at 11. But then again like you said the money. I come from a working class family and I struggle a bit with help from parents etc. I got myself a job there to help with the expences.
