Yep the arch rival of Mclaren and a team I always want to see do well. Williams.

I'd just like to add, the Williams with the twin pillar nosecone, I couldn't believe how square and boxy the design is. From the TV it looks a standard smooth curve to the tip, but it's not it drops at a steep angle. :o

The last one was 2004's interesting and radical offering. Unfortunatly the weight of it made all the benifits of the twin pillar completely redundant and they went back to the standard design.

There were two old guys discussing something right in the way of my single car shot, so after a couple of minutes waiting I just decided to go for the long shot. Unfortunatly that Jag got in the way. :D

I take it white 5 is Damon's 1996 car? Shame they don't have Piquet's '87 or Mansell's 92 car. Great selection though. How close was the first red 5 shown to becoming the car of the world champion...

These are all very nice photos Craig. I didn't spot where they were taken. Expect I should know but I have no idea. :P

The 88 williams just wasn't part of the line up, sorry.

All the cars used to be on display in the museum at the factory. I expect they still are. Lots of photos here. ---> http://williams.latphoto.co.uk/?page=ViewImage&cat=7&id=WIL2007020263651
They had an example of every one built under the Williams name. I once had a guided tour but cameras were not allowed under the pain of death. :'(

It is - it just has a red 5 on it rather than a white 6... :)
(PS - I've spotted my mistake - I meant to say Piquet's 1987 car - his 88 one would have been Yellow and have Lotus written on it! ;D)
