Nothing special but I need the practice. Hope you like 'em. ;)


I hope you take it as a compliment Doug, because the sharpness on these is (I think) noticeably better than your early shots with the new camera. The practice has obviously paid off. Can you tell me which 300mm lens you have, and would you recommend it?

Great shot of the Yak 52, Doug... :)...!

I'm hoping that we will get one (or two) at our next Air Race...a lovely sound from that growling radial... ;)...!

The last one suffered a bird strike on the way to Shobdon, and had to turn back for repairs to the wing(s)... :'(...!
...(the aircraft's wings, not the bird's wings...;)...)...!!

I love those TwinStars, but it's true that it looks "funny", except from head-on or above or below.
