Formation Cessnas

Postby Splinter562 » Mon Jan 08, 2007 12:39 am

Here's a couple shots from over New Years, flying in Daytona, FL with a few old flyin' buddies.

Flying north along the beach in the Cessna 172. I'm left seat, my buddy's in the right. His girlfriend was in the right seat of the other plane and she took this picture. Compression took its toll, but in the original you can clearly read "Flagler Beach" on the roof of that building:

A shot of the Cessna 150 flying lead. We (in the 172) switched to the other side, now my buddy is flying and I'm taking pictures:

I should have some pictures on the way from flying aerobatics in the Decathlon. Another flyin' buddy (the one flying the 1520 in this set) and I were up today and he took some pictures and a short video. Haven't seen them yet, if there's something good, I'll post them.

Excellent. ;)

I should have some pictures on the way from flying aerobatics in the Decathlon. Another flyin' buddy (the one flying the 1520 in this set) and I were up today and he took some pictures and a short video. Haven't seen them yet, if there's something good, I'll post them.

Please do.

PS.
in the original you can clearly read "Flagler Beach" on the roof of that building:

No problem there. I can still read it clearly.

Nice shots. I have driven through flagler before on my way to daytona so I recognize the sign.  ;D
