I believe that's US's new digital combat dress.
It's called ACU (advanced combat uniform?) if I recall correctly.

I'm much more of a fan of CADPAT, for obvious reasons.

Yep, it's the Army's new digital uniform. The Army thought this uniform could replace the need for both woodland and desert colors. I would rather wear DCU's, or the Desert Combat Uniform instead....
