Really nice Canada & Alaska pictures

Not sure where to put this - Photo's? Real Aviation? or General Discussion (saying that, it will probably get moved to the Cafe ;D)

But there are some really nice photo's posted from a trip to Canada & Alaska over at simflight.

Thought some of you (Flying Trucker ;)) may want to have a butchers.

Here's a quick one to give you a taster:

"TSC"
You do know how to make my eyes water. :o

What a wonderful shot of a GREAT aircraft. :)

Looks like she is on EDO Floats as well.

This picture reminds me of a few things I would like to share "TSC". :)

The "gas boy" probably a summer student working his way through college or university and with a passion for aviation.
Well after they refuelled many times they would pump the floats out with a hand pump and first thing in the morning and the last thing at night they would pump the floats.

Now does anyone remember those little "red, white and blue" rubber balls that you were told not to play with in the house?

Well "gas boys" when pumping out the floats had a habit of kicking or knocking the manufacturers unit for locking into the top of the float to close the hole where the pump inserted.

Great shots of everything!!

I really also enjoyed seeing real shots from areas i frequent in the sim all the time!!

Vancouver, Ketchikan, Juneau & Sitka!

I really do hope to get there one day. The cruise looks great along with the scenic trip on the railway!!

Loverly! Reminds me I really have to make a trip up that way some time... maybe next year?
I have a feeling once I do a little flying in Alaska or BC I'm going to want to move up there.
