Impressive. Practically have an air force, there.

But the warbird formations at Oshkosh look like an invasion.

...praying I'll get to go this year...  :P

That is only the lead formation, there were thirty one aircraft in the "Balbo" on the Sunday and the most I've seen was thirty nine a few years back ;D

Thank you to everyone who commented on my Legends photos. ;D Legends is my favourite show and the only show I really mark down as a must do event every year. Next show for me will be the Spitfire airshow on September 3. :)

It was 30 on the Saturday. Here's a shot I got of the complete formation. 8)

Very impressive but from what I've seen I'm sure the warbird formations at the CAF Airsho' & Airventure at Oshkosh can beat that. "The CAF currently ranks as one of the largest air forces in the world with over 140 World War II aircraft including fighters, bombers and transports."
