First ride in a bird...

A few snaps. Lovely clear day and the window doesn't seem to have upset the pics too much. 8)

Going up. This shot would be a few miles south of Inverness (EGPE).

The pilot never said how high we were. I would guess this to be around 30,000.

Not sure where this is. This was during the decent into Luton. It was below the clouds, but the precipitation has blurred the view.
Image

After we got deeper into England the weather got worse and as well as the turbulence there was more and more cloud. By the time we landed it was lashing with rain like a monsoon and all landing pics were ruined by the spray. Anyway here is a couple of pics of the clouds.

Excellent shots, Ben.... ;D...!

You suddenly realise how realistic the FS 2004 Simulator scenery is at those sort of altitudes... ;D...!
I have just populated my world with "FS Global" scenery add-on, and it looks just like your screen shots now... ;D...!

Cheers...!

They're all decent -- but I think your 4th picture was during the descent...
and I'm commenting right after "Firefox"Fozzer, too!

Very nice shots Ben. Glad you enjoyed it. ;)

??? Well yes, that was what I said. ???

He's having a dig at your spelling. I could find fault with almost everyone here if I wanted to. I think enough is enough. ::)

PS. No spellchecker would have found that.

Yeah Charlie - that was taken on a different mode... I wasn't really aboard one of the oldies taking pictures in the war... ;)
