Sunset in Sweden

Took a long walk with my ex-girlfriend actually (we did not kill eachother, can you believe that ;D) last weekend and managed to shoot a few shots of the sunset.

My photos are usually so crappy compared to the ones found in this section so I'm not so eager to show them  :) But I'm pretty satisfied with this batch.

What he's not telling us is that the last photo is actually the sun coming back up again. ;D

I thought Ra had called it a day myself.

You should try Scandanavia at this time of year. Sunset and Sunrise merge into one. And if you get above the arctic circle, then the land of the midnight sun. ;D

Granted it was a long walk, but not THAT long. All shots are sunsets.
Sun sets at around 11pm and comes up again at 3.30am  8)

Yeah, I'm pretty far south, on the 57th latitude to be exact. So no midnight sun here  :)

South of Goteberg then? I don't think I went that far south. I started at Stockholm, came down the Easter Archipelago, then through the Gota and Trollhatten canals, then up the western Archipelago before heading on to Norway. All of it beautiful country. :)
