AAAArghhh... over my garden...

Postby Omag 2.0 » Sat Jun 24, 2006 2:42 pm

Frustrations frustrations! Why is an aviation enthousiast always to late when something nice flies over? Why does one's girlfriend relocate the camera from that handy spot right next to the garden door to all the way up in the drawer of the study-room? Why why why?

Monday... Missed 2 Chinooks passing by... I got them from behind when they were miles away allready...

Today I heared a loud noise, saw some nice white jet, but couldn't find the camera... just in time I got out again, but the best opportunity had passed allready! This could be a airbus A340... not to sure yet...

Darn roof! You're in the way!

Finally some luck today... Heared this one comming from miles away... OO-RBB - A Robinson R.44

Sigh... better luck next time...

You're A-340 looks more like a 747-400. ;) Not sure what airline though, never seen that red wisp on the tail. Nice shots though :D

Definitely not a 747! It's a SriLankan Airbus A340 . The tail gave it away.... They don't operate 747's anymore I think ... dunno why it passed my house so low though... not yet anyway...  ;)

Cos that's what women do. They're all the same. They learn it from their Mums. :D

Last time a Chinook flew past my house you didn't have to look up to see it. Damn thing was below the roof tops.
