grob 115e  is its full name i do believe.

ive flown from cosford and cranwell, and i must say cranwell is sooo much nicer.

Woah.... nice plane! I guess since its Grosse ( thats how you say the name. The "B' makes an S sound in German) Motor Glider right? im going flyi ng soon in a Cessna 172, and I'll post some pics if i can get some.

Grob is spelt Grob (the B is a B, not a β), as in Kurt Grob I believe. The 115E (or any 115 for that matter) are not motor gliders, although their lineage from the G109 is apparent.

Well it's got 180hp up the front and is capable of most standard aerobatic manouvres, ancluding flick rolls etc, although suffers from its relative lack of power. Nice to fly though...

The Tutor display has improved over the last 2 or 3 years. When it first came in flick manouvres were prohibited so the display sequence was rather limited for  such as small and relatively slow aeroplane...
