Sad ?....let me show you sad !

That's the only way to describe this scene.....and to think that someone is actually paying for the hangar space to allow this kind of waste to occur........ ::)

Unfathomable. Even if the owner's lost interest, even if it's not airworthy, that airplane's worth something... should be better cared-for.
It should at least be pushed back into the hangar... ::)

Lake: "Renegade"...?

....one of my favourite float planes...!

The owner has suddenly found out just how expensive it is to own, maintain airworthy, and run an aeroplane... ;)...?
...a warning to others, maybe, to keep their money in the Bank...
...or go for a round-the-world cruise instead...;)...?
LOL...!

ahh just noticed, these "planes" have been siting here a while. notice how each plane is missing a main landing gear, and the first pic has the front storage open.

sorry, just making observations.

In fairness, and for what you can't see properly here, that is moss growing on this poor bird...... :(

The story as I have it, is that the owner/pilot died years ago and the family refused to sell it or allow anyone else to fly it when it was still in airworthy condition.....as time has passed, you can see it has just become a mere "piece of art" from the fine flying machine it once was.......... :(

Lake: "Renegade"...?

Paul... 8)...!

Either a Renegade or a Buccaneer Paul....not sure which, and the A/C hasn't been registered in years, so I may have to take another trip to it to see if I can find a plate on the bird.......... ;D
