Sunday fly-in 2

Postby Hagar » Mon Apr 10, 2006 3:51 pm

No point in holding a fly-in without visiting aircraft. Fortunately the weather was kinder than expected & the event was surprisingly well supported. I took these throughout the day & posted them in the order they were taken.

About 30 minutes after the last shot was taken the sky turned black & the heavens finally opened. Hope they all made it back safely as some travelled a fair distance. I drove home through heavy hail, rain & even a few snowflakes. It's supposed to be Spring. ::) ;)

It's listed as a Zenair CH 601HDS Zodiac. http://www.zenithair.com/zodiac/index1.html

Lots of glass/plastic on the last one... I couldn't figure out the type until I googled it... denney Kitfox MK3 ... hmm... a home-build one?

Is there a site to search G-registrations?
