See for yourself...Bear in mind, this is 36mm zoom lens... with added binoculars!

Drawbacks:
- Have to keep the binoculars square on to the camera lens, in order to get an even 'border' (as on the second pic). Wads of tape seem to do the trick!
- Must keep a VERY steady hand in order to get a nice crisp shot.
- Manual focus of the binoculars can be tricky. When looking through the camera, it's hard to tell whether you're as focused as you're going to get. Alternative is to focus it by looking through the binoculars yourself, though that may be a problem with moving targets. Probably best to focus at a point before hand.
When the weather clears up, I'll see how it fares with aircraft.
