C-130 practice runs to EBOS today...

Postby Omag 2.0 » Wed Mar 01, 2006 1:29 pm

... Well, they flew over my workplace, I couldn't resist.

I nailed them the last run they did!

I swear I'll have a blue sky one day to shoot some pretty pictures! These things come so quick, so I never get time to set my camera up right!

They came back one more time, I barely could see them, but they made a breathtaking turn! I've never such a sharp turn. Here they were comming out of it...

Image

Tonight I heared another mighty humm at home... went outside, couldn't see anything apart from a contrail... It's a turboprop, but what kind? C-130 again? Or something bigger like a cargomaster? I guess to far to tell...

Cheers,

Omag... still an amateur...  ;D  ;D  ;D

Great shots Kris. We have a few flying round now and again. I think they perform drops over Weston on the Green for the Royal Air Force Sport Parachute Association. Never have my camera handy when ones appears though which is a bummer :-[
