Isn't it a bit early...

To start the airshow season?

I guess these guys think not...

All near my house this afternoon...

The biplane ( Christen Eagle?) caught my attention by it's high pitch engine... it did some climb/dive manoeuvers, but by the time I had my camera he was flying by.

The formation-flyers look like pipers? For a brief moment I though it would be warbirds, but they still were cool!

Omag... a happy little boy!

Sorry about the quality, it was pointing and shooting, manual settings were no option! They were to fast! ;D

I think the red one is a Starduster.

Cool shots!

The bipe is a Stolp, all right, and the formation-flyers are definitely Pipers... Archers? Great snaps; getting me in the mood for summer!

Several of the RAF displays have already begun their display rehersals, I myself witnessed the 100 Sqn Hawk display rehersing at medium altitude over Leeming couple of weeks back :)

Ok, someone at the Luchtzak-forum pointed out that the first plane isn't a Starduster at all. It's a Pitts!

See the proof here

Why do these little guys look all the same?
