Im going to try my VC idea, but the only problem is I kinda like having the extra popups in the other window.  Ill try it, but most likely ill end up sticking with having just one fs view and have the other screen for popups.

exactly, i have one for 2D or VC and the other is spot or accessories, depending on the situation.

Ordered it from dell, bought more ram, added a card and new hardrive. Runs like a charm now

How much did the PC itself cost? Not including RAM and HD and card..

I really can remember. Go to dell. All i got originally was a  4700 (now a 5200 or something by dell) Pentium 4 HT, 512mb ram, 80 gig hardrive, radeon x300 card(originally)

Now:
Pentium 4 HT 3.00ghz
1.5 gigs of ram
Radeon x800
180 gig hardrive
