Very interesting. This is where a little bit of sunshine would make all the difference.

They were in a nice order but the upload system was a bit dodgy.

The new system makes it so much easier than before.  You can change the order of the images in the topic by cutting & pasting. Click the Preview button to make sure before posting it. ;)

I see you hop around with a ladder? I always wondered why everyone is able to shoot over the fence and I couldn't. A Belgian spotter let me in on the "secret"!  ;D

Ladder? What ladder. At manchester they have kindly built a viewing area with raised up platforms (as illustrated in the second last photo). No need for a ladder but thanks for the tip.

So I noticed. Very civilised indeed. ;)

Maybe they could have a word with the people at Gatwick. You would need more than a step-ladder to see anything there. ::)

That "small GA aircraft" is a Beechcraft Baron, I believe...
