Playing Tourist in NYC- part 3- Helicopters!!

Just downriver from where we sat earlier is the Wall Street heliport, which suddenly got fairly busy. These shots are not so great, as I was pretty far away and shooting into the sun (and of course if i ran down there the action would've stopped the instant I arrived, you know how that is), but all you rotor-heads might like them. I'm not the most knowledgeable heli-spotter, so I'll post no comment here, other than to point out that they were all looping around almost over me as they set up their approaches, the heliport itself is a pier extending out into the river, and that Bell that is seen landing and taking off again was following SOP here; there's one spot for landing and discharging pax, then they either hover-taxi or wheel-taxi over to a parking spot until needed...

I've watched the helis every time I've visited NYC... while trying not to look too "touristy".

Great shots, rotty. I can identify a 222, a 109, and a Bell Jet Ranger, but I don't know all of the heils.
