A rare treat

Postby Hagar » Thu Feb 02, 2006 2:25 pm

A little bird told me I might see something interesting at Goodwood this week. Unfortunately the weather clagged in so I didn't think they would fly - until just after lunch I heard an unfamiliar sound right over my house. I got to Goodwood in time to see not one but two of these beauties.

That's not all.

They were all still there when I left so I'll pop over in the morning to try & get some better shots. I was told the Ju 52s will be leaving at 9 am.

Great shots Doug..

Must visit Goodwood sometimes soon again... ( and tangmere and Duxford + I haven't been to Hendon yet and several others...... Sigh )

Those Ju's can fly realllly slow coan't they? I saw one fly at lelystad 2 years ago where it was overtaken by a cyclist...( No I'm not kidding)

Thanks everyone. It was a bit of luck to catch these.

Some kind of new promotion by a watch company. Longines perhaps?
