I know little of aircraft naming, but it looks like it certainly is.
An internet search came up with several in the series. If it doesn't have those wheel covers on then I guess that would make it the DA20-100.

That candle shot is fantastic Omag, straight out of a magazine!  ;)

The plane seems like its made by Diamond Aircraft, im guessing its definately more of a DA-40 Diamond Star because it appears to be four seated.

I saw one of those constantly land at Sint Hubert last summer so it could well be...  :)
