Nice shots. :)

We had a Typhoon up here yesterday doing incredably tight circuits.

I love Peter T's Mustang too. Beautiful aeroplane... :)

It's a nice aeroplane & very photogenic. I'm sure he's justifiably proud of it. I don't know his background but for a comparative newbie he displays it rather well & better than most. ;)

I believe his business makes pushchairs or something to do with babies... Another interesting profession to go with Pete H's hair extensions company...

I knew about his baby carriage business (found the name of it but it slipped my mind) but he seems an experienced pilot. I don't know what he did before that so maybe he was in the RAF. I didn't know about Peter H*. Just wait till I next see him. I can only assume that both the baby carriage & hair extension businesses must be thriving. ;)

*PS. I don't know anything about his background either.

Nice shots :) I like a cloudy airshow. No sun to squint at! ;D

That's fine for the spectators but not ideal for photography. It all depends on the location of the airfield but, as Craig will confirm, most airshow venues in the UK seem to have the spectator area on the wrong side of the runway. This means that if there is any sun you're squinting directly into it.

Certainly. I must admit Old Warden is so far the best place I have taken photos in terms of where the sun is. Just perfect.

That's the reason Old Warden is my favourite air show venue & also why I dislike Duxford.

Sorry Tempest. :P

Nice photos Craig, especially the Mustang. Can you tell me what nose art it has or where it's based? I don't think I've seen this one before.

By the way, I was also planning on posting my best photos of 2005 (airshow wise). Used them in a photo contest somewhere else, so resizing and posting won't take too much time...
