Very nice. One day I hope to see that Comet fly again & possibly take some shots of it in the air. ;)

Meanwhile, this should prove beyond all reasonable doubt that I was standing right next to you when you took those shots. :D

Hope that meeting me in the flesh was not too much of a culture shock. Not only do you know what I look like, you now know what I sound & act like. :o ;D

Why oh why does that Hurri keep getting in the way and ruining a perfectly good snap? ::) ;D

Agreed. I just find it hard to believe that 10 years ago I was getting excited about the [i]Sea[i] Hurricane's first flight... 10 years...

Stunning shots, Craig! Very nice!!
Sorry , Doug, old chap, but he's got you beat all hollow...
;D

The comparison is fun, though:I can just see you two turning and snapping in unison... LOL.

And might that be a "Peu du Ciel" hanging over the gorgeous Grosvenor Comet?

I seem to remember seeing a pic years ago in a magazine of a flying Flea at OW...

None taken so don't mind me. Now you might see that my claim to not being a proper photographer is in fact correct. Craig takes photographs & I take snapshots. ;)

It's pou (flea) & not peu (small). Otherwise you're quite correct. :D

Thanks guys.:) Lets not have comparisons though. I think Doug could teach us all a lesson when it comes to these things.

LOL I'll say one thing, coming out with Charlie & me could never be called boring. In fact it's very educational & entertaining, not only to us but to the unfortunate people standing anywhere near us, especially near me. It can also prove highly dangerous as a poor innocent chap standing behind me in the queue to the burger van almost found out to his cost. I didn't even realise he was there, honest I didn't. :o ::) ;D
