Biggin Hill 2005

Postby Hagar » Sat Sep 03, 2005 5:08 pm

I've been looking forward to this show for a long time. Beautiful weather for it, much better than last year & the place was packed. So, where do I start? Thought I'd kick off with some noisy stuff for a change.

The Harrier up from Shoreham. No apologies for posting it again. It's always a real crowd-pleaser & makes everyone smile to see it perform.

Tornado. Wonderful display as usual.

The mighty Jag. Always impressive & very noisy.

Great Shots Doug ;)

Looks like you had another great day and a fantastic time.

Still trying to figure out how them suck and blow things stay in the air?
They only have part of a wing and it is in the wrong spot and there is no propeller? ;D

Thanks for the shots.

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

Indeed I did Doug. I'm not sure either but they make a satisfying noise. ;)

Nice to see two kinds of Harrier..........good shots Doug,.......you show both the outrigger U/C position and LERX differences, very cleanly here............ 8)
