
Shoreham in the early morning mist. It was lovely when I left home, a few miles along the coast. Airfields are usually like this, in England anyway. Not bad today but can be the coldest & dampest places on the planet at times.

This is what I came for. Promised Mark a few shots but it's one of them Griffon-engined jobs this year. More later.

Mist didn't take long to clear & our French friends are the first to leave. Au revoir mes amis.

The Harriers ready to depart. This is always a sad moment as (apart from one or two old miseries who complain about the noise) these chaps are very popular at Shoreham. Hopefully they'll be back in a couple of weeks for the RAFA display. Not sure yet as they might be based at Biggin that weekend.
