?=Vickers Varsity - multi role training aircraft of the 50s - 70s, and close relative of the Valetta, Viking and or course, the Wellington... :)

Not a bad selection although that Valetta looks a tad sorry for itself. Can't be many around now. They had an Argosy in similar markings at the Midlands Air Museum, Coventry when I last visited. They also have a Vulcan. The Air/Sea Rescue helicopters were originally painted all-yellow just like that Wessex. I often saw them along here in the "good ol' days". At least it shows up. ;)

The 2nd is a proto 747?

It's an Armstrong Whitworth Argosy. Does look similar now you come to mention it. http://users.aber.ac.uk/emk/argosy.htm
