These photos were taken at Liverpool Airport (EGGP) sometime last year. Its my first attempt with a digital camera.


Yes i know there is a fire extinguisher in this pic its needed if too much fuel gathers in the exhaust pipe and it produces a nice flame.

This aircraft was first built in 1942 and sometime after the war was used on the civilian fields until it was brought over to the U.K were a team of engineers at Liverpool Airport rebuilt it and it is still flying today.

This aircraft is powered by a LYCOMING R-680-E3A engine as opposed to a Continental engine of the same rating.

(i never took this pic lol) its a scanned image from a friend who took it.
