The specks on some pics are small flying bugs. Not noticed them at OW before but they were a blasted nuisance.

What's G-AFWT (what kind of plane?)

Nice!  Now I don't feel so guilty for making five post of the fly-in in one day!

Thanks for sharing!

Don't apologise Doug, enjoyed every one of them.   Was going to ask the question on the Tipsy Trainer myself, bet there's not a whole lot of them spread around the world.

As you said, that's a fascinating site...thanks for the pointer.   Being on the other side of world I am staggered by the stuff that's available for people to go and view as shown by your photo's.

There are air-shows where I am as well but there would be few surprises, a re-viewing of the tried and true.

Me-thinks a re-assessment of Mr and Mrs Bazza's funds is needed, I suspect that I could have a great holiday in "The Old Country" (a phrase from my fathers era.) just following the airshows....

If Mrs Bazza went along with it you could have a pretty good holiday during our summer. Here's a list of the major events all over the UK for the 2005 season. http://aeroflt.users.netlink.co.uk/shows/showdate.htm
There's usually at least one event to choose from every weekend during the season. You could also see a lot of the country by travelling to the various venues during the week. If you ever decide to do it please let me know & I'll do all I can to help.

You could indeed. You never know, one of us might happen to be at some of the shows too...

I aim to be there. Not sure which is the best day to go. Maybe we could meet up if you wish. That's providing they let me in. I never got over that Spitfire anniversary cockup.

Isn't that a Taylorcraft? Piper produced the Cub after them..

Nice pics, too Doug. Very fine selection. :)
