This is one of my favorite pics I've taken at SJC.



BTW, I am bout to upload my final wave of pics from SJC.  In two weeks, I will be coming to you from SAN.  Yup, I'm transfering 461.7 miles south to San Diego.  I got into SDSU for next fall and I got lucky and was able to transfer down there with Southwest Airlines as well.  

So stay tuned for a couple more threads taken from SJC if you're interested.  I'm not sure how or if I'm going to be able to take as many pics in San Diego.  Each airport is different.

That's awesome that you're going down to SAN, San Diego is such a cool city.  I've been to San Diego, LA and San Francisco several times apiece, and I just love California

Very nice shot...I think SAN uses nly 1 runway which literally brings you in through the city, there might be one runway for Ga.  Also there was a rumour of expanding but money or space is not there.  Anyways that is pretty nice

SAN only has one runway.  It is the busiest single-runway airport in the US and is pretty much at capacity.  The location of the airport makes for some spectacular approaches.
