Chomp. You can pick up the 300D for roughly the same price with a kit lense these days. And while its all relative that is cheap

I'm a part time professional photographer so belive me, I know that it is cheap in relative to some cameras  ;).  Heck, I used own an EOS300D but I sold it to a friend and got a Canon EOS10D (which is the best digital camera I've EVER used). I was just refering to it as expensive from the average Joe's point of view.
