I'm a tad disappointed in you chaps. :P
It's one of Sidney Camm's classic Hawker biplanes. Possibly a Hind but I can't tell from this angle.

Although you may have passed up the chance to get info on some A/C Craig, you got the shot !.....we can always go bck to the shot and ID most planes after the fact, but you need something to look at in order to do that......Shoot first then take notes if you think of it.... 8)

Thank you for your comments Ken:) I agree but i also tend to just wander round looking at the planes rather than reading about them aswell but i find just the sight of them and taking the photos more fun, as you say they can be id'd later with a picture.

Ozzy, there is never enough pictures of the spitfire:)
