Nice day & nothing better to do

Postby Hagar » Sat Apr 24, 2004 2:58 pm

....... so I went back to the airport. This is my favourite spot. I didn't notice before but it looks like someone ran into the fence. ::)

The perfect weekend weather meant there was plenty of activity. Another satisfied customer after his first lesson - a 14th birthday pressie. (A possible new member of our forum as he also got FS9) Lucky lad.   ;)

Here's a few of the more interesting shots I took.

People in the main viewing area enjoying the afternoon sunshine. I can't think of a nicer spot to while away a few hours. I might even go back tomorrow. ;)

Nice pics! I wish I lived by an airport like that...well I do and my dad used to work on the military base here, but you need to go through the gates with I.D and all that stuff. I do remember though someone here on SimV just turned 14 and started taking flying lessons. Lucky boy ;D

Now those are enjoyable shots Doug :)

A little to cool and damp to be sitting outside here like that right now...although weather is shaping up.

Thanks for posting those.

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug
