The Hind that crashed in the 80's while showing off crashed because of pilot error. The statistics in real combat give a different image... After the end of the Iran-Iraq war, the Iranians lost 10 Huey-Cobra's, against 6 Iraqi Hinds. These are confirmed helicopter kills only.

In that order.
A Mi-24 isn't happy in a hover, but shines when it comes to high altitude performance, and still is one of the fastest helicopters in service with a maximum speed of 335kmh.
