Hey you...get away from the nose wheel!!

a while ago i told here that the 777-300 has cameras outside the plane to help the pilots during taxiing. well...here's the proof! on this shot, you see the views from two cameras positioned at the nose gear and one at the rudder. if you see the full size image at Anet, you can see these screens have an incredible resolution.  8)

together with the pc (with Internet Explorer, Outlook,...) and the EFB (in use by KLM for instance), these cameras make this cockpit the best office you can imagine at FL300  ;)

Cool! Maybe they can put cameras all over the plane!  ;D ;D :o ::) ;)

that computer isnt the EFB its a computer used for technical info by the test pilots, that is the New 300ER. The EFB is off to the side of the pilot and actually built into the console. Some companys leave the cameras on in flight and patch the feed through to the PTV's so you can watch from those angles , which is really cool

that screen to the side is the EFB on 777

i know they are different Craig... ;)

but i think that during flight, when the gear is retracted, you can't see much through the cameras around the landing gear.
