A6 Intruder & EA 6B Prowler Formation Practice

Postby Cpt. D. Striker Metcalf » Fri Oct 07, 2011 10:09 pm

This are shots of myself and my air team pilot team member practicing our tight formation skills. I'm in the A6, he's in the 6B! 8-)

I've been banned for being an ill mannered imbecile with all the charm of a cocaine snorting Rottweiler.
I have difficulty seeing due to the massive floppy pink appendage growing out of my forehead and flopping in front of my eyes!

These screen shots just make it look easy FoxThree, it's actually a lot harder than it looks in FSX! We had to fly for miles & miles just to line up right and match air speeds, if you notice he's using a lot of air brake, coming up behind me to not pass me up 8-)

Thanks Flying Trucker, but like I said before don't let these shots fool you let we pros, we still rookie pilots & it was crazy hard for us trying to keep em level and at the same air speeds for long periods of time on the online server, we would slowly drift apart no matter what angle we tried to take or air speed. I don't know whats the deal with this air speed issues I'm having, I try and practice with AI aircraft and no matter what I do I can't seem to match the air speed just perfect with them planes either and try and hold it. I can get real close but I always seem to either slowly drift ahead or behind....SMH!!! :-?
