The lady is the passenger.........she has her arms up so she can hold on while she screams bloody murder (making it very difficult to concentrate) because I'm skimming the water

It's part of the Accu-sim package for the A2A Cub. It gives you, among other things, an animated passenger whose behavior can be set to "quiet", "nervous" or "fun"
