Most people think that flying a plane is dangerous, except pilots because they know how easy it is.
Arguing with a pilot is like wrestling with a pig in the mud, after a while you begin to think the pig likes it.

We don't get anything for free (unless you count lashings and marmalade) Hyperprep ;D ;D

I just happened to have the Lukla add-on, and I thought I might post some shots to tease the members who entered the contest [smiley=evil.gif]

I have a question. It's probably stupid so you dont have to answer it.
Do you ever have planes as a prize? :-/

I don't recall seeing an aircraft as a prize since I've been here......less than a year :)
Maybe someone else can answer that one for you ;)

I think there have been a few aircraft given as prizes.

Great shots Chuck. :)

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Yes there has been terrific aircraft given out as prizes.  And no, moderators don't get them for free, just the contest winners.   :)

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed the crashed gray airplane on the left of the runway in picture 4?  Scary! :o
